📦 Ordering, Payments, & Accounts
We accept several secure payment methods, including major Credit/Debit Cards, and local
payment gateways such as Easypaisa and JazzCash for your convenience.
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not active. We are actively working to implement this
feature and expect it to be available soon to enhance your shopping convenience.
All financial transactions are processed through secure, official banking gateways
(including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and integrated bank card processing). Ammara Dry Fruits
does not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
For customers in Lahore, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our cut-off time.
For all other cities in Pakistan, the standard delivery timeframe is between 3 to 4 working
days after your order is confirmed. Same-day service in Lahore may take up to 2 working days
if the order is placed outside delivery partner hours or due to city-wide emergencies.
While we strive to meet all timelines, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are often due
to third-party logistics. If your order exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us and
we will escalate the issue with the courier partner.
Our primary focus is deliveries within Pakistan. However, we do accept international orders.
Shipment costs and payment details for overseas deliveries are discussed and confirmed
individually after you place your order.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If you realise
the address is wrong, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of placing the order) so we
can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
✨ Products, Quality, & Returns
Dry fruits are natural products, and variations in color, size, shape, and taste are normal.
While we aim for accurate photos, slight differences do not affect quality or freshness.
For best quality, store dry fruits in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. For longer
shelf life, nuts like walnuts and almonds can be refrigerated or frozen.
If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, or has any quality issue, we offer a
100% full refund with zero delivery charges. We are responsible for collecting the parcel back
from you at no extra cost, so your experience stays completely risk-free.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please share
clear photos of the issue (such as damaged packaging or the incorrect item) along with your
complaint.
